Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at your customer support email with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened lip glosses
- Used beauty products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
